The Parish Council has set up several groups of interested villagers who are currently looking at what we, in Stretton, can do to look after our future in terms of the environment and sustainability: the groups are: food and shopping, transport and energy, waste and recycling, biodiversity. There may well be other areas to look at, so these are just for starters.

 

We aim to provide information, tips, etc and the information will also be available on the village website and Facebook. We welcome anyone in the village who wants to be a part of any of these groups or to contribute to the work of the groups.

We are currently collecting soft plastic, batteries, light bulbs and print cartridges beside the bus stop.
